BUNDLES & SIZING

How many bundles do I need?

3 bundles for a full install. 4 if you want significant volume. 2 bundles will not give you a complete look.

Is each bundle identical?

No two bundles are exactly the same — curl tightness and density may vary slightly bundle to bundle. That is the nature of real hair and what makes each piece unique.

Will longer lengths look as full as shorter ones?

At longer lengths, curl distribution causes the bundle to appear less dense. This is consistent across all curly hair. It is not a quality issue.

WASHING & STYLING

Can I straighten Ana?

Yes. Use heat protectant every time without exception.

How do I restore my curls after product buildup?

Clarifying shampoo twice, deep condition, leave-in. That is the reset. Your curls will come back.

How should I store Ana when not in use?

Keep her in her satin bag away from direct sunlight. This prevents tangling, dryness.

 

BLEACHING & COLORING

Can I bleach Ana?

Yes. Bleaching will loosen the curl pattern — choose the shade closest to your target color first. After any color service, deep condition immediately.

Can I dye Ana jet black?

Yes. Deep condition immediately after to restore moisture.

ORDERS & DROPS

How does ordering work?

Delvcruz operates on a pre-order model. You secure your bundle upfront. Your order ships once ready. All timelines are communicated at checkout.

How long does a pre-order take?

Pre-orders typically ship within 14–21 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped along with your tracking number. We appreciate your patience — good hair is worth the wait.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that your order goes immediately into processing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will assist you.

How do I find out about new drops?

Instagram. Turn on notifications. That is where drops are announced first.

SHIPPING

How fast does my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

How long is delivery?

U.S. orders: 4–6 business days after shipment. International delivery varies by location and customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I wear Ana in the ocean or pool?

Yes. Rinse thoroughly after. Follow with leave-in conditioner to keep her soft.
